Kelly Clarkson

KellyKelly Clarkson in her full Kelly Brianne Clarkson was an American music producer and singer who rose to fame after she was the winner of American Idol's contest for talent in 2002. Clarkson was raised at Burleson (Texas) located in an area near Fort Worth. Her vocal talents were recognized when she was just seven by the teacher who taught choir at her school. Following her graduation from high school Clarkson went to Los Angeles to try to make it in the entertainment industry. After returning to Texas Clarkson was an contestant in the inaugural season of the FOX Broadcasting Co's American Idol, a singing show that allowed the audience to choose their favorite performer. Clarkson's charismatic voice, personality and sense of humor instantly drew the attention by viewers. Her prize was $1 million and included a recording contract with RCA.
